About Wil Reguera

Wil Reguera is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS 546539). He has been in business since 1999 and he is currently employed by American Portfolio Mortgage. Prior to coming on board at APMC, he was at Caliber Home Loans fo 8 years. Each of these experiences has contributed to his growth into the loan professional that he is today, renowned for his dedication to service and his ability to get clients the deals they want via a timely, hassle-free process. 

Although Wil’s office is based out of Coral Gables, Florida, and he does the majority of his business in South Florida, he is licensed to do business all across the state of Florida. His operations are run in-house, giving him the oversight and control that he needs in order to see that his clients are happy every step of the way, from first contact all the way to the closing table. He offers a wide range of high-quality products with a heavy emphasis on Conventional, FHA, and Jumbo products. A large portion of his work is completed online and over the phone, but a natural people person, he enjoys meeting people face to face as well and building long-term, friendly relationships. Wil and his wife have been married since 2007, and together they have two boys. He is passionate about what he does and committed to his family, friends, clients and business partners.
